The Moulins Comics Festival (French: Festi'BD Moulins, Festival de la Bande Dessinée de Moulins) is a great comics festival in France.

It has occurred every year since 2001 in Moulins (National Centre for Set Costume - Fr.: Centre National du Costume de Scène - CNCS), France, in the month of march.

Festi'BD Moulins receives nearly 10 000 visitors. Admission is free.

The Presidents of the festival and salon of youth in 2013
The President of this 13th edition, Jean-Claude FOURNIER, French cartoonist (Spirou & Fantasio).
Philippe LARBIER is the President of the 5th youth salon to be held at Varennes sur Allier, Saturday, March 30 with 10 to 15 young authors.

CNCS Villars area will be twice as large as ever
Some forty authors are signing in the brand new space with its double surface Villars this year! To be 750m².

New stalls for more comfort
There will be re / presented the Café de la Poste, a relaxation area, a projection space, stands partners ... and for collectors, a BD Location occasions outside of the Villars. Posters and exhibits will be unveiled soon on our website Festi'BD

Meals
The café-restaurant at the CNCS proposes a large choice of menus for groups as well as picnic baskets.

It is possible, if you ask in advance, to picnic in the open outdoor areas at the CNCS or under tents (unheated, and according to space availability) in case of bad weather. Groups are responsible for the cleaning up the picnic areas after their use.
